The largest of all our communities, this modern and well-maintained location has a variety of homes for sale as well as many open sites available for those wishing to custom order a new home or relocate their own home.

Woods & Fields East monthly site rent includes water, sewer, and curbside refuse service. Residents may have a maximum of two indoor cats, but dogs are not allowed at this location.

Current site rent is $350 – $365 per month. Pets are an additional $10 each per month.
